We provide both in-person and virtual services. Our office is located in Albany at 10 McKown Road. There is plenty of parking available to clients.

Fees

Initial sessions usually take 60 minutes. Follow up sessions are 50 minutes.

During your first session, your therapist will spend time getting to know you, gathering information about your present struggles and history. Together, you will discuss treatment goals and any questions you have about the therapy process.
