Jenna (she/her) is a licensed therapist (LMSW) with a diverse background in providing quality, culturally inclusive clinical support to adults, families, and couples in an individual and group setting. She specializes in supporting clients struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, navigating challenging life transitions (e.g., divorce, parenting concerns, retirement, post college life, etc.) and more.
Jenna values creating an authentic and collaborative professional relationship when working with her clients, using different therapeutic approaches to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Some modalities include CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, conflict/resolution, and executive functioning skills, to name a few; helping individuals recognize their own strengths and develop more meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
Jenna’s prior experience includes working with middle and high school students in a school based mental health setting in the Bronx as well as providing palliative clinical care to older adults and their families in Brooklyn. Jenna received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and her master’s in social work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.
